What is Bullying?

Bullying is a form of unwanted and aggressive repeated behaviour done on purpose to hurt intentionally someone who is in some way vulnerable. Bullying can take many forms: physical, verbal, emotional or social behaviour. It affects lots of people and can happen to anyone across a variety of platforms including school, bus, club, work, within families or in the community. It often aimed at certain people because of their race, religion, gender or sexual orientation or any other aspect such as appearance or disability. No matter what form bullying take, the results can be the same. It affects the mental health, self-esteem, can cause physical, social and/or psychological harm for the person being bullied.
